A war griffin moves you attack you, but freezes momentarily before madly clawing at its eyes!

I've bugged it a few times, but the LOW STEEL shields still have typos when creatures get this reactive flare.

Also, the creatures don't incur any injuries to their eyes. Not sure if they're suppose to or not, but I had heard that players received rank 2 eye injuries from this reactive flare.
