The infernal lich phylacteries of The Scatter have been updated to now be damaged by empty fists if you are wearing magical gloves or if you are affected by the Dragonclaw (1209) spell. Additionally, the minimum roundtime to attack a phylactery has been reduced from 2 seconds to 1 second. Previously, while it was possible to attack a phylactery with a weapon of base speed 1, it was never possible to destroy it prior to the lich reincarnating. Note that while it is now possible, it is still not necessarily practical. The Scatter remains intended for group hunting due to the level and difficulty of the creatures therein.
