Did something change or is there some status on my character that's causing this?
On the morning of Jan. 30th I used a mana spellup to top off my spells. Everything got an extra cast worth of duration and all the messaging was as it always was.
On the evening of Jan. 30th I used a mana spellup to top off my spells. Everything got an extra cast worth of duration and all the messaging was as it always was, except 104 and 105. Both spells showed in the messaging list as "Your spell misfires" and the durations remained unchanged.
It's been that way ever since. The only thing I can think of is there was some status put on me in the Red Forest? Some spore popped on me once that I recall. And I might have taken one of their strange maneuvers?
Any ideas?

I am guessing something changed about your lore training or someone else cast those spells on you. If what you are casting doesn't match to what you currently have cast on you then it can cause the spell to fail.
Try STOPping each of these spells and then recasting and my guess is your issue will be resolved.

That fixed it. Nothing in my training changed. But it's possible someone with way more lore training cast them on me.
So this is that deal where the higher lore casts will resist being replaced?
Both those spells get an increase warding with training in Spiritual Lore, Blessings.
So you just had me stop them and lose the extra goodness...;P
I kid, thanks for the help resolving it.
I should assume if this happens again to let that 4 hours time out and take advantage of the enhanced casts?
