Do crossbows (just using the fire command without cocking) have any inherent bonuses over bows? Specifically is it easier to aim?

Crossbows aim better than crossbows and even more so while kneeling. Kneeling will also grant a +30 AS bonus.

I suspect he meant 'standing bows' (short or compound or long), rather than the second use of 'cross'. :)
