WHO now has a new option: WHO HOUSE [house name]. Please type WHO HOUSE for all the valid options.

A character will only show on WHO HOUSE if you select PROFILE TOGGLE HOUSE to display the name of your house.

The decision of whether to show oneself on WHO HOUSE shall be solely in the hands of the individual players (via the PROFILE TOGGLE HOUSE command), as there will not be a "house override" that officers can enable.
