MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP MEETING - February 4, 2013

Eruheran called the meeting to order at 9 as the elves tell time.

Those Present: Eruheran, Azona, Anryk, Katrionna, Ashra and Kiwoeachi.

TREASURER’S REPORT: As of last week, we have 227,261,927 silvers in the account

UPCOMING EVENTS:

Helping Hands: A date has not been set yet.

Fishing Pond:

Next month we are going to celebrate the arrival of our new fishing pond with a tournament.

The pond will be located right off of the courtyard. It will be of public access.

A lively discussion took place concerning the shape of the pond and dock and whether we should have a crystal footpath to coordinate with our crystal path and crystal walkway. To those members not present, you missed a very entertaining discussion.

Veola Hairpiece Contest:

The deadline for your design entry is the end of March.
Eruheran discussed amending the grand prize to being either receiving the first copy of the hairpiece or the silver equivalent. No decision was made at this meeting.

Sovyn Spring Games (Not Official Yet):

We would hold a lot of our typical signature games over the course of a couple of days.

Eruheran suggested four games over several days.
Azona suggested a seigery contest, an Arkati quest, an herb roulette, to name a few.
Katrionna suggested the festivities end with a Crystal Ball (we would have to rent a tent).

New Member:

Kiwoeachi was inducted into House Sovyn. We welcome her and her empathic abilities and wish her all the best.

Eruheran closed the meeting at 10 as the Elves tell time.
