We all commented on how nice it was to have such a large gathering.

Current events: Our in-House siegery contest is still on-going. We are waiting for Acerbe and Chislon to square off. Raleth will play the loser of that match. They are the only three left. The big multi-House tourney now has a date. It will be on the 5th of next month at 9pm Elven time. It was supposed to be this month, but it managed to slide into next month. Eru voiced our strong opposition to giving out the minis in advance. He doesn’t think it will change for this year, but he suggested thinking about it for next year’s tourney.

So we need to run an event for this month instead of next month if we want our share of IP. We are going to hold a fishing tournament on short notice. We’re looking to have it the weekend of the 15th/16th. Eru asked for preferences as to day and time. Settled on the 16th at 7:00 Elven time for 1 ½ hours.

Renovation status: nothing really has changed since the meeting last month. The ballroom is still processing, and so is the Cursed Cloves fixes. Not much work on the shrine yet. Obilette would like to help plan a gala for the opening of the ballroom, whenever that is. She wants to start a planning committee and is looking for volunteers to brainstorm with her. It’s open to all members. Katrionna is willing to help. If you have ideas, email the officers or post here. Obilette would like lots of ideas of what people want—costumes, special food, etc.

Eru asked who doesn’t have a house ring yet, and got them for those who didn’t have them yet.

Then he distributed the chrism gems to those who attended.

Obilette asked if anyone liked the idea of a grab-bag auction. It could be at the same time as the yard sale…a locker-cleaning event.
