I sent an email inquiring about joining several months back and never heard a response. Is there a better way?

One of the vines surrounding you lashes out at Wyrom, driving a thorn into his skin! Wyrom flinches slightly.
One of the traditional ways is to visit house phoenix on Feastday mornings. Shirkon and Bernadette are there fairly regularly during the hour before noon Elven time.
There is also a chalkboard near the Phoenix entryway that has notes about joining.
