March of 1991.

Three Houses are under construction in our town, each dedicated to serve its
members in various manners. An interview with the City Building Inspector
(one Toadeus Openpalmer, obviously a member in good standing with the local
bureaucracy), revealed scant information as to completion dates. Inspector
Openpalmer, having consumed numerous overpriced cups of strong Kulthean
coffee and scandalous two dozen donuts during our chat, claims all building
codes shall be followed to the letter of the law. However, we were able to
locate in the Tomes only laws about forming houses, none on construction of
same. KE is currently considering an investigation into the disposition of
the hundreds of thousands silvers paid for local building permits.

House Argent Aspis, House Paupers and House of the Rising Phoenix were formed. We're about 1 year away from the 30th anniversary of the CHE SYSTEM. 17 Houses exist within that system and are unmatched in membership.

It's time to plan a celebration worthy of 30 years. We'd like to do a 2 week or 1 month festivity, filled with raffle tables, about us meetings and keystone events per house in all of the realm.

As this is a significant undertaking we need to start planning now so please voice ideas, feedback and your support.

There are the first five CHE Houses and their "order". (The order built, had to do with several factors.)

House 1: Argent Aspis, chartered in March 1991, built September 1991.
House 2: House of the Rising Phoenix, chartered in March 1991, built February 1992.
House 3: House of Paupers, chartered in March 1991, built September 1991.
House 4: House Arcane, chartered in March 1991, built September 1991.
House 5: House Brigatta, chartered in March 1991, built February 1992.
