Hey all, was there a house meeting for November? It had started to be discussed in discord, but then with the access changes on the channel - it was left unanswered to those not council. If you did have one, could you please post it on the officials here from now on as I've been required to do in the past? Also, as again in the bylaws - minutes are required.
There are still some officer adjustments to be made, as Varucca still holds Treasurer. Per the approved bylaws, only Dhe'nar council may hold that role. I suspect her and Xandalf are slated to be swapped RSN. As part of the discussion during the last meeting, I also wondered if the sold characters had been removed yet.
I expect there's been quite the engagement now with the more recent Tellings, since they are now administered via the council. Unfortunately, they land on days I'm unavailable and I am also in the middle of moving/construction/selling between 2-3 houses for the foreseeable next few months. If there's willingness to post logs, that would be grand.

There has not been a house meeting for November. We've had trouble working around a schedule to get everyone together.
The access changes on the channel re: the council is for council discussion only, and not generally things that pertain to decisions for the House at large (in an IP or expenditure sense). We all do need to get together because we need to discuss what is worthy of needing to address the whole house, IP or expenditure wise, and what isn't.
Re: the treasurer position, I'm sure that's an oversight. I'll see if I can't get a chairman/woman available to make the switch.
I'll be heading the Telling on Thursday, I'll provide a log directly after. I'll see if I can't get Xeta or Xandalf to provide the log from the last one as I was unable to attend.
If you have any ideas or availability for events, please let me know. The more people hosting the merrier.
