Meeting minutes for Day of the Huntress, day 4 of the month Eoantos in the year 5111.

Members in Attendance: Cheas, Ohnus, Ranpalandil, Kupaka. Mamu on the amulet.

Cheas called the meeting to order.

Cheas says, "Ok, soh.. Gonna be short meetin' cuz no much discussions i predicting."

"Things that have happened since the last meeting I may be forgetting a few forgive mes! Selvan has been appointed temporary as Chancellor until votes can be held. Mamu has accepted the position of Judge!"

"House monies!"

"Well we got alots ta report on dat."

"As of Last report Day of the Huntress, day 14 of the month Jastatos in the year 5111. our coffers held 356,406,247 Silver We had 96 Influance Points."

"Anta Purchased new prize closet items for a total of 710,000 silver to give to all the creators of the items. Then she replaced the funds by adding 710,000 silver back into the vaults. Kizalia Deposited 229226 Silver. I purchased my Item that i designed for 250,000 silver and later replaced the funds for it as well."

"We Initated a few new members please welcome Hildin, Arkalm, Kupaka, All of shich paid there initiation fee for total of 75,000 Silvers!"

"Alyias Withdrew 4,500,000 Silver for our Harvest Festival raffles! Kizalia deposited 4,500,000 Silver we tank Kizalia fur her generous donation!"

"Cheas purchased 10 Chrism ready gems for 50,000 silver total in order to have Splice turn them into full chrisms for use at the upcoming Harvest Festival. Finally Anta deposited 22,235 silvers into the house funds bringing them to a total of 356,672,748 silvers in our vaults."

"Alyias Adjusted our house influence Points by a total of -54 for the following items: Charged 2 IP for delivery of November Prize Closet list. Charged 20 IP for Harvest Festival scripting and setup, along with leaf game. Charged 32 IP for release of Ta'Illistim/Sylvarrend annex. We gained 2 influence points for our events in the month of Jastatos leaving us with 44 Influence points."
The Ta’Illistim Annex is completed and open. It is located in Sylvarraend just off of Sylvarraend Road.

We have submitted our Solstice Designs for the tent and ornament. Kizalia was the winning submission so she will have the honor of hanging Willow Hall’s Ornament upon the Solstice tree as well as her choice of a prize from the prize closet.

Our designs were:

Snacks:

a handful of roasted cinnamon chestnuts
You take a bite of your roasted chestnuts. Sugary cinnamon and hints of orange zest coat the crunchy nuts.

a toasted coconut and chocolate drop
You take a bite of your toasted coconut and chocolate drop. Crunchy, sweet coconut mixes with the bittersweet dark chocolate.
That was the last of it!

a goblet of spiced nog
You take a sip of your spiced nog. The beverage is thick and creamy with a rich nutmeg flavor.

a chocolate peppermint tart
You take a bite of your tart. The cocoa-infused pastry shell is filled with a creamy peppermint mousse.

a sugar-dusted gingerbread cookie
You take a bite of your cookie. Powdered sugar melts into the soft, spicy cookie.

a mug of white chocolate cocoa
You take a sip of your cocoa. The cocoa is rich and warm with a creamy white chocolate flavor.

Give Away Item:
a soft ivory wool scarf pinned with a silver snowflake - neck worn

Solstice Tree Ornament:
a spun glass willow tree ornament
Pale green glass flecked with gold has been spun to create a delicate willow tree. Tiny red, green and blue colored crystals have been nestled among the twisting, upturned branches barren of leaves. Suspended within a circular ebonwood frame, the glass tree spins freely, the brilliant crystals reflecting the light. Something is carved into the polished ebonwood frame of the ornament.

Cheas says, "Anybody else have anythin' the wantin' ta bring up at da meetin today?"

[Mamu [Willow Hall]: "I have a few items I am putting together to donate to the prize closets for any upcoming events we have."

Cheas [Willow Hall]: "Prize closet kind of dont work through donations, but your donations be accepted and we can hold onto them to give out as a prize at an event!"

Mamu [Willow Hall]: "Ah yes, that's what I meant. Thank you Cheas."

Cheas [Willow Hall]: "Just make sure you get 'em to an officer for storage!"

"Soh! If der be no more tings ta discuss?" "I guess i gonna have ta make dis meetin' offically closed!"

Cheas then adjourned the meeting.
