Meeting minutes for Day of the Huntress, day 18 of the month Eoantos in the year 5111.

Members in Attendance: Ohnus, Ranpalandil, Anta, Nattor, Selvan, Kizalia, Rasti. Aisalt, Landrat, Kupaka, Cheas, Terishanna on the amulet.

Anta says, "Lets get this started." Anta says, "First off, I'd like to say thank you, very much to everyone who made this weekend fun and successful." Anta says, "Couldn't have done it without you guys."

Anta says, "We've got quite a bit to discuss tonight."

Anta says, "I'd like to congratulate Kizalia on her new office as Scroll Keeper."

Anta says, "And officially congratulate Selvan and Ohnus as Chancellor and Branch Guardian."

Anta says, "I'd like to reinstate the officer's meeting." Anta says, "Traditionally the officers meetings were held from 9 to 915 to iron out any issues with what is to be discussed at the meeting. My hopes is this will streamline the meetings and lend us more time for fun stuff." Anta says, "So anyhow, if you guys should show up 15 minutes early, I would be most pleased."

Anta says, "Second order of business."

Anta says, "I'd like to move to eliminate the Librarian position."

Ohnus asks, "Eliminate?"

Anta says, "As it has one purpose that is currently being fulfilled by our Scroll Keeper."

Aisalt says, "The web where scroll be kept just another part of the scroll keepers range."

Rasti says, "So does parliament need to invent a new position."

Anta says, "We'll have to discuss that further."

Selvan asks, "Sorry about that. I need to ask a question related to that question actually. Am I considered an officer as Chancellor?" Selvan says, "I don't need recognition as officer." Selvan says, "Just wondering what my place is if officers are required at a specific meeting."

Rasti says, "Chancellor is the third ranking officer of the Hall is all."

Speaking to Selvan, Anta says, "As chancellor you are the president of judges, which is an officer role."

Anta says, "And really, there is no ranking in my eyes. I value all of us equally."

Rasti exclaims, "You are POWERFUL!"

Selvan asks, "K, thank you for the clarification. By the way, any word on Evraine?"

Rasti says, "I like rankings because almost all of you would have to be gone for me to ever lead a meeting."

Selvan asks, "The pen-ultimate archer and fisher-woman of all the Lands?"

Kizalia says, "Mamu said today that he talked to her and was setting up an interview with her this weekend."

Selvan says, "Very nice."

Aisalt says, "She's always been and I think she'd be very much an asset to the Hall." Aisalt says, "I really think that what draws folks the most is the family type environment we present."

Anta asks, "Is mamu around at all?"

Kizalia says, "He is not tonight, no.

Anta says, "He said he was going to compile a report for me of the interest garnered in the hall after this last festival."

Anta says, "This pertains to interviews." Anta says, "Awhile back one of the interviews submitted contained some banter that painted (another CHE) in a not so flattering light." Anta says, "And in that respect we should strive to keep our interviews as much inline with how we want to present ourselves as possible." (OOC) Anta's player whispers to the group, "Basically, I don't want to see a bunch of ooc stuff in interviews." (OOC) Anta's player whispers to the group, "And no badmouthing other houses." Anta says, "Since I've instructed all of you to conduct interviews as you see fit, it really pertains to us all."

Speaking to Rasti, Anta says, "I know you want to flog us for the spending."

Rasti says, "Nah..." Rasti says, "I'm getting over it."

Anta asks, "And I know it's not your official report meeting, but is there anything you wished to discuss?"

Rasti recites:

"The Hall had a busy season"

"We have spent all but 42 IPs"

"Willow Hall closed its coffers on 346,587,748 silvers."

"And Cheas will give you a line by line accounting at the business meeting"

Anta says, "Yes I've seen her notes, quite detailed." Anta says, "Impressive really."

Rasti says, "Very."

Ohnus says, "It is indeed."

Speaking to Kizalia, Anta asks, "Would you like the floor?"

Kizalia exclaims, "Uhm, no. But the festival was a smashing sucess!"

Rasti asks, "You must be exhausted actually... but did you manage to put up the designer's corner?"

Kizalia says, "I did." "Directions to it will be included in the minutes."

Anta says, "Alyias personally congratulated us on a job well done."

Aisalt says, "Cheer!!! it was the best event the Hall has had yet."

Anta says, "I've got one more order of business." Anta says, "I'd like to open a vote." Anta says, "I've received more than a few requests that we move our meeting day from the day of the huntress." Anta says, "So then, I'd like to propose a vote to see which day would be more acceptable to our members."

Nattor says, "Not huntress or the two days that follow that."

Aisalt says, "Any day selected is good for me."

Ohnus asks, "How will the vote be handled?"

Anta says, "I'll set it up as a house vote."

Ohnus asks, "Options?"

Aisalt says, "How bout an any day selection to get a feel there are some it don't matter to." Anta says, "With each day as an option or remain the same." Anta says, "I'll throw in an abstain for those who it doesn't matter to."

Anta asks, "Does anyone else have anything they wish to discuss?"

Rasti asks, "So a poll with each day to include today?"

Ohnus says, "I do." Ohnus says, "The last session of parliament was ended by landrat." Ohnus says, "To answer your question." Ohnus says, "I do intend on forming another without objection."

Speaking to Rasti, Ohnus says, "And would like to ask that you accept an invite."

Rasti asks, "Ummm what's the question again?"

Ohnus says, "Sitting in parliament."

Rasti asks, "I understand that but you are forming a Parliament to address what?" Rasti says, "And of course I would be glad to sit on Parliament."

Ohnus says, "If there is no parliament then the what does not matter." Ohnus says, "I do have plenty of whats." Ohnus says, "All of which i will be happy to share."

Rasti says, "Okay Im your what not man then."

Speaking to Ohnus, Nattor says, "The parliment only can exist because of the what."

Ohnus says, "Now i have to ask for an explaination." Ohnus says, "Not techincally."

Anta says, "I think what we are looking for is a specific list of items that parliament will be working on."

Nattor says, "It would be poinltless to have a parliment, and no what."

Ohnus says, "And will be asking you in a moment."

Rasti says, "Well I think you should sit on it too Nattor."

Ohnus says, "I would ask for a yas or no."

Nattor says, "Fine, I'll do it, but someone is getting hurt eventually."

Rasti says, "You kind of hurt my chest..."

Ohnus says, "I will be sending an agenda after i check with anta on any she has."

Anta says, "Mm ok."

Ohnus says, "It will be sent to all with no objection." Ohnus says, "Officers i mean."

Anta says, "No objection."

Ohnus says, "One other thing." Ohnus says, "I would like to ask that my responsibilities grow." Ohnus says, "I would like to speak offcially for the house with the other houses and organizations." Ohnus says, "And i am not asking for the power to make decisions."

Speaking to Ohnus, Anta asks, "In what capacity?"

Ohnus says, "I have some whats for it as well." Ohnus says, "Everything to be discussed."

Rasti asks, "You like my Tour de'lands idea huh?"

Speaking to Ohnus, Anta says, "It is my wish that everyone present the face of Willow Hall." Speaking to Ohnus, Anta says, "That certainly includes you."

Ohnus says, "I hope it something to discuss with you as well." Ohnus says, "I would agree."

Anta asks, "Alright anything else from the members present?"

Anta says, "Then I adjourn this meeting."
