1) To stand against Racism in all its forms and work to remove it

I'm all for this one. I see racism as a problem in the lands, especially on the East side of the mountains.

2) To aid in the defense of all Alliance territories.

I'm all for this one too. This is our third and fourth directives:
3. We believe that all people have the right to freely roam the lands.
4. We believe that any group invading the lands and endangering the lives of others is in direct violation of the third directive, and the Rangers of Willow Hall are sworn to defend such invasions by being the FIRST IN and LAST OUT!

3) Work together at festivals and other events to mutual benefit

If it is understood that we can opt out of any event we don't feel like participating in or can't muster the volunteers to help with I'm ok with this one.

4)Freely offer access to all Allied structures.

I'm not sure I understand this one. What are Allied structures? If we join the alliance, are all our structures then considered allied structures? If so, I don't think we want to open all our structures to non-Willow Hall members on a regular basis. Or are these structures that are specifically constructed by the alliance?

I don't see any problems with the Alliance's pledges and I find no problems with Rasti's proposed amendment to the bylaws.
