Meeting minutes for Tilamaires, day 21 of the month Fashanos in the year 5112.

Members in Attendance: Alexys, Llanawin, Nattor, Anta, Ohnus, Ramladu and Kizalia. Kupaka and Aisalt on amunet. Special guests and prospective members: Laerlyn, Kieve, Mistros and Kelestra.

Anta says, "I'll start things off with reminding everyone to cast your vote now as I will close it in just a moment."

Anta says, "The results are as follows."

Anta says, "We had eleven members vote to join the alliance."

Anta says, "We had three members vote to not join."

Anta says, "Therefore."

Anta says, "We are officially joining the alliance."

Mistros says, "This news will be joyfully received back east."

Mistros says, "And for those who voted against he Alliance, I hope in time we are able to prove to you the value of this partnership."

Anta says, "Alright, next order of business is the treasury."

Anta says, "Scrimge recently deposited 1,675,000 silvers."

Anta says, "Those were the proceeds from the Ashrim sword raffle that Kizalia donated to the hall."

Anta says, "We promptly bought many prizes from the prize closet and awarded a 100k note during our highly successful ranger roulette game."

Anta says, "A big thank you to Alexys for providing the oh so deadly thorns."

Anta says, "As Rasti would say, please donate generously to Willow Hall."

Anta exclaims, "Our next round of prize closet items should be available soon!"

Anta says, "There was an issue with our quivers that made them crumble."

Anta says, "They are fixed however."

Anta says, "But if you know anyone who needs to exchange one, please let one of the officers know and they can get it for you."

Anta says, "Reminder, next month is our membership drive."

Anta says, "We will be having rolton races, a scavenger hunt, foraging class, resistance treatments, another game of ranger roulette."

Anta says, "And Kizalia and Ranpalandil will be taking custom cobbling orders."

Anta says, "Ohnus has donated many many items for raffle and the alliance will also be contributing to the raffles."

Anta then adjourned the meeting.
