Meeting minutes for Tilamaires, day 28 of the month Fashanos in the year 5112.

Members in Attendance: Anta, Alexys, Kizalia, Rasti. Ohnus, Ranpalandil and Kupaka on the amunet. Special guests and prospective members: Lord Kranar, Mistros, Kelestra, Sabreon.

Anta says, "As some of you may know, Alyias will no longer be our reigning CHE king."

Anta says, "Scrimge has taken over and thus far has been very communicative and generally on top of things."

Anta says, "He informed me that our Icemule annex is nearing completion."

Anta says, "I believe their goals are the same."

Anta says, "And a healthy thriving CHE community being top priority."

Anta says, "Alright treasury.."

Anta says, "There hasn't been much movement in the account other than purchasing prize closet items to test. Those crystals for instance. So our balance is.. 329775594 silvers."

Sabreon says, "That will change soon with all those Raffles Ohnus donated."

Anta says, "So then, speaking of raffles."

Anta exclaims, "Our membership drive is about to get under way!"

Anta says, "As discussed previously, the entire month we will forgo the usual application process."

Anta says, "We are looking to our members to seek out quality prospectives."

Anta says, "And we're making it a bit of a contest. What we've decided on is, you pledge a number of prospectives that you think you can have signed up with Willow Hall."

Anta says, "If you meet that number you get your choice of prize from the prize closet."

Anta says, "I suspect a few of you have gotten a head start."

Kizalia says, "Just notify any officer of your pledge number so we can record it."

Anta says, "Also we have the four days of events planned at the end of this month."

Anta says, "For the complete list of events and times, you can either check your meeting minutes or the Willow hall bulletin board."

Anta says, "Alright, the treaty signing."

Sabreon says, "A date of the 16th has been submitted, it seems to be the day when the most can attend. Without delaying it till the following month."

Anta asks, "I believe it will be from 8 to 9 in the evening at the embassy?"

Sabreon says, "That is correct."

Sabreon asks, "Has Willow Hall decided who will sit on the Alliance Council? and the Alternate?"

Anta says, "Actually I had not had time to discuss it with those I wished to nominate."

Anta says, "But since one is here and the other is not."

Speaking to Alexys, Anta asks, "Would you be willing to represent us in the alliance?"

Alexys says, "I would be honored to."

Anta asks, "Alright let's see, treaty signing on the 16th, membership drive, what am I missing?"

Kizalia exclaims, "Bounty help this weekend!"

Alexys says, "I just wanted to let you all know, especially with the leaders of both organizations that I am a member of... I can't tell you each how much it means to me to have both groups joining together in such a friendly manner. I am so happy to be part of both organizations, and I am glad to see this happening."

Speaking to Alexys, Sabreon says, "Thank you for the kind words Alexys, it has been a dream of many in the Alliance for years. Great to finally see it come to fruitian."

Alexys says, "I have a feeling this is just the beginning of some wonderful things to happen."

Anta says, "I certainly hope so."

Anta says, "Oh great news."

Anta says, "Ohnus agreed to be alternate in the council."

Anta asks, "Ranger Roulette on Teras?"

Kizalia says, "The 14th of Olaesta."

Anta says, "Alright, some sadder news."

Anta says, "I got a letter from Selvan.

Anta says, "He's been on a rough journey lately."

Anta says, "But he hopes to return to us soon."

Anta says, "In the meantime he has agreed to step into a judge position which leaves us without a chancellor."

Kizalia says, "I nominate Alexys."

Speaking to Alexys, Anta asks, "Do you accept the nomination?"

Speaking to Anta, Alexys says, "I do, and greatly appreciate it as well."

Anta says, "The nomination was seconded by Ohnus and Alexys has accepted.

Anta says, "I'm just asking on the amulet if there are any other nominations."

Anta says, "Alright I'll take the silence as a no."

Anta says, "Alright then I'm going to appoint Alexys as Chancellor this evening. If anyone reads the minutes and has a nomination they will have one week to come forward with it for an official vote."

Speaking to Alexys, Anta says, "Welcome back to officership."

Alexys says, "Please always let me know anything I can do to help you and our house."

Anta asks, "Anything else before we trek over to the lost home and make all these things official?"

Anta says, "Alright then we're heading over to the Lost home this evening to invest Alexys and to induct Sabreon and Kelestra. Our first two membership drive members!"

The meeting then adjourned to the House Clerk in Ta'Illistim where Lady Alexys was invested as Chancellor, and Kelestra and Sabreon were inducted as members.
