Meeting minutes for Tilamaires, day 13 of the month Charlatos in the year 5112.

Members in attendance: Alexys, Ranpalandil, Kizalia, Cheas, Mamu, Ramladu, Dreaer. Kupaka, Sabreon, Kelestra on the amunet. Special guests and prospective members: Wolfloner.


Alexys says, "Thank you all for joining us this evening for our Willow Hall meeting.".

Alexys says, "In Anta's absence, Kizalia and I will do our best to do her justice in leading you tonight."

Alexys says, "First, I would like to also welcome our amulet friends this week, Sabreon it is good to hear from you once again.".

Alexys says, "Some important upcoming dates that I do hope you all have noted....".

Alexys says, "All of these events are occurring this month.".

Alexys says, "On the 16th, we will have our Alliance Treaty Signing at 9 Elven in Ta'Illisim.".

Alexys says, "The next evening, will will be offering Bounty Help at 10 Elven in the landing.".

Alexys says, "As you all know it is our new membership drive this month, which I know is important to many of us."

Alexys says, "Our new membership drive will take place in the Landing from the 22 to the 25."

Alexys says, "On the 22, we will be holding Rolton Races at 9 Elven."

Alexys says, "The Skinning and foraging Contest will be held the next evening at the same time."

Alexys says, "The 24th of this month will be busy for us, so I hope you are all setting that date aside."

Alexys says, "We will hold Lucky strike at 6 Elven, a Foraging Class at 8, and an Archery Tournament at 9."

Alexys says, "On our final day, I believe Ranpalandil will be holding the Restist Nature Treatments activity at 7 , followed by my favorite, and Dreaer's... Ranger Roulette at 8pm."

Alexys says, "I do hope everyone has set aside these times and dates. If you aren't familliar with them, please visit our house scrolls to set your calendar. I know we are all aware of hour important our new membership drive is."

Kizalia says, "Just a note about the Treaty signing this Huntress, we will also be hosting a game of Lucky Strike at 8 before the signing. I believe I left that off the schedule by mistake."

Kizalia says, "Anyone that wants to make a pledge for the membership drive to win prizes should please let me know before the 22nd."

Kizalia says, "Scrimge has advised that our membership handbooks won't be done in time for the drive. And that we should request them again next month. So..."

Kizalia says, "I've asked Sabreon to do us the honor of adding a section to the handbook concerning Willow Hall's upcoming place in the Alliance."

Sabreon: [Willow Hall] "I am very glad to do it, and thank you for the chance."

Kizalia says, "A reminder about Rasti's idea for the design contest."

Kizalia says, "We have until the end of the month to submit designs for the Alliance structure to be placed on our grounds."

Kizalia says, "The contest is open to all Willow Hall members and all Alliance members."

Sabreon: [Willow Hall] "I cant wait to see how that comes out."

Ranpalandil: [Willow Hall] "Where are we placing it?"

Kizalia says, "Please see last week's meeting minutes for the rules and requirements."

Kizalia says, "It's going to be outside of the Hall, but on our grounds here."

Kizalia says, "Mamu generously donated 250,000 silvers to Willow Hall this afternoon, closing our coffers on 330,100,594. As Rasti would say, give generously to Willow Hall."

Kizalia says, "The Alliance has donated additional items for raffling on the 22nd."
