OUR MEETING ON 3-27-12 WILL BE AT THE NEW LODGE IN ICEMULE INSTEAD OF IN SYLVARRAEND. GO SOUTH OF THE WEST GATE IN ICEMULE AND LOOK FOR THE ICY PATH.

Meeting minutes for Tilamaires, day 20 of the month Charlatos in the year 5112.

Members in attendance: Alexys, Anta, Ranpalandil, Llanawin, Mamu, Kizalia and Nattor. Ramladu, Kelestra, Tykeara, Sabreon on amunet. Special guests and prospective members: Eyota and Lyoko.

Anta says, "Great news."

Anta says, "Our new prize closet items are done."

Anta says, "There are a couple issues that need to be smoothed out."

Anta says, "But for the most part, they are ready to go."

Anta says, "Oh yeah, our huge great fantastic membership drive."

Anta says, "Starting in just two days."

Anta says, "Thanks to Alexys for breaking down the schedule last week."

Anta says, "It's going to be a lot of fun, a lot of games, even some informational useful stuff thanks to Ran."

Anta exclaims, "Bring your friends!"

Lyoko asks, "Question right quick... what does it require to join?"

Anta says, "This month, in honor of our membership drive we're allowing all who are interested in willow hall to come meet with us during our events and meetings. If you like us and we like you, you're in."

Anta says, "Normally it's a bit more involved."

Anta says, "A survey, an interview, the officers deliberate, and then you're in."

Anta says, "You're in the right spot."

Speaking to Lyoko, Anta says, "Willow Hall is a hall where folks who embrace the rangerly ideals of like tend to gather."

Anta says, "Love of nature and the lands."

Anta says, "What we are looking for are people who want to be involved with their house, make it more of a home than a place to store your stuff."

Anta says, "The treasury."

Anta says, "Er so.. with the contruction of our new annex."

Anta says, "And this new round of prize closet items."

Anta says, "We are down to.. 13 influence points."

Anta says, "Kizalia went ahead and made a bunch of purchases from the prize closet to test new items."

Anta says, "Leaving our treasury at.. 328617344 silvers."

Anta says, "I don't know if you guys have been in town yet."

Anta says, "But our many raffles have been set up along North Ring road."

Anta says, "Our main focus this week and weekend will be the drive. I really hope to see as many people as you can drag over."

Kizalia says, "Just that we're officially in league with the Alliance after this weekend."

Kizalia says, "Thanks to all who came out for the signing."

Anta says, "It was certainly an event. And Lucky Strike went well as always."

Anta says, "Only one death though."

Kizala says, "Sabreon donated his winnings from the game back to the hall, as did Ana."

Anta says, "Yes I deposited the 250k from Ana, Sabreon's note went back into the officer's cabinet."

Kizalia says, "I was going to suggest that we have our meeting next week at the new Icemule Annex so everyone has an excuse to check it out."

Anta then adjourned the meeting.
