Hey folks,

Premium 9 has been updated slightly:
* Some of the examples have been updated to reflect truncating (as some were previously not taking that into account.)
* The surcharge for perma-blessing is listed there, so that it's clear how much you're getting charged for that particular ability.
* There is definitely a surcharge for aimed/sighted items. It varies depending on the item's properties, but that there IS a surchage was not always clear - so that little golden nugget is also listed now.

Hopefully this clears up some of the questions that have come up over time on these particular issues.
