Hi all!
For next year's Premium Fest, now is the time to start thinking about requests for things you'd like to see offered in some form or another.
A few guidelines:
1) If you can get it at a pay event, you're not getting it at Premium Fest.
2) The festival is largely fluff things, with a sprinkling of mechanical stuff.
3) Premium services (things related to Premium such as transporter messaging, anchoring, and things like that) are definitely possible.
Please post your requests as a reply to this, and I will collate them into a list and see what can be done. I will stop taking requests on February 1st, 2022. Any requests made after that will be for the 2023 Premium Fest!

I would love to see a re-examination of the Premium Point enhancive rearrangement service. This past year, it was vastly more restricted than it was in the past... thus really reducing its utility/appeal.
2021 - We could only change a single stat/skill/regen to another stat/skill/regen of the same type and amount. (For example - I turned +4 DEX into +4 LOG)
2019 and earlier - We could basically do a complete redo within the enhancive tier we had, or even bump it up a tier by paying the point difference. (For example, one year I turned a +5 DEX/+5 AUR into a +4 DEX/+6 AUR since some of the DEX was redundant. Another year, I turned a Tier 2 enhancive into a Tier 3 one, and paid the 600(?) point difference plus the silver cost.
I realize changing tiers is a lot to ask - but I think at least allowing the full redo within the same tier would vastly improve the service. PP Enhancives are account attuned, thus if a character outgrows them or can't use them any longer... they often become locker detritus. So it is nice to be able to maintain our investment to keep the items useful to fit new training plans. I suspect the average PP enhancive is placed on an item that is important to its owner rather than something random, thus it really is a shame when they aren't useful to us any longer.
Speaking of... a really cool "major" raffle win might be the opportunity to add +1 to a stat/skill on an existing premium enhancive. Just a thought!
Unrelated... custom nail lacquer, perfume, hair stuff... these all exist. Maybe some custom makeup options could be cool?
(Also, hats for familiars and sweaters for Wermth!)

I'll second the request for the permifier. People always want to permify things and the one at EG isnt comprehenseive. One of my requests is also to not let a coupon run concurrently to Premium Fest (or "You have to been a Premium Customer for the past 3 months" or something) so there's not a huge influx of people who "take advantage" of the coupon to flood raffles.
Okay here's some of the actual things I'd like to see..
1) Rare alter material/fodder in raffles.
2) Flypaper Tattoo or "make a custom tattoo more fancy". Maybe adding verbs/ambients to it.
3) Custom HolySheath/Runestaff Sling. Doesnt have to be enhancive, just fancy! I realize this is probably unlikely, but I thought I'd ask!
4) Feature Alters
5) Custom Titles that have to be submitted to QC.
6) Orb of Summoning
7) Forbidden Knowledge Book
8) Writable books, since its now been removed from Duskruin I believe?
9) Forehead Gems
10) Ice Ring
11) Private Property. My preference is some kind of spooky castle or labyrinth or some such.
12) If the Sorc Review is done by Premium Fest, would be nice to have Customs for our 725 pets there.
13) Unlimited drinks/food, as mentioned. I would like "abnormal things", like a drinkable flask of blood, bubbling slime, food covered in insects, or other "strange things" that most people wouldnt eat.
14) Raffles that award PP.
15) "Make your own PP Enhancive", raffle?
16) Glamour Tattoo or other ways to get eyes/features/etc that arent usually allowed in normal feature alters!
I realize some of this might not be permitted but I figure it never hurts to ask!
(1) Script transfer service (Technically we didn't get it this year)
(2) Enhancive removal service (I think this is already done)
(3) Temp property removal service (I do not think the dabbler does this currently)
(4) Add pockets to things service

(7) A very very expensive SK adder that only works with very low level spells or some set list (<lvl 5)
(8) Enhancive stat combiner merchant that makes a character attuned enhancive based on number and strength of enhancives offered for transmutation, maybe a random/spinner component to it

6) Dyeable bubble jars (jars of bubbles that you can add a dye to change the colour.)
7) Custom Ship Names (OSA)
8) Soap on a rope.

11) Witches hats with Veola scripting.
12) Unlimited ale kegs.

You get no sense of whether or not the band may be further lightened.

1. I'd like to see a ship of VERY simple items that are already EZ script enabled. Very basic clothing whose purpose IS to be later customized and and further EZ scripted by players. I realize this is probably going to be expensive silver wise, but a years worth of premium points for one verb trap is very pricey. But. if you can get two verb traps for a year worth of points on an item you already have a simple verb trap on, this now becomes a VERY good value for PP imo.
2. A service to turn regular enhancives into 'premium enhancives' ( permified, but now account attuned as a trade off). No one offers perm service anymore on enhancives, but if you could get it with an account bound (and its already an existing sort of item in game) that would be great.

Premium Fest might be a good place for an uncut gem shop, for use with gem cutters/lapidary boxes. Could potentially also be a good shop to distribute raw alter fodder materials like the medium elesine bolts from EG, but in all kinds of materials.
I also really like the EZ Scripted shop suggestion. Premade non-functional scripty fluff would be great. Jewelry, armbands, pants, hats, handkerchiefs, stuffed animals, whatever. Just some solid bases on which to build.

One point of clarification (thank you Naamit): Guideline 1 is a bit more all-encompassing than I intended. There are plenty of things (Veola, Hair Picks, Rainbowear, etc) that are available at pay events, but ALSO have been offered at free festivals. Things like this can absolutely be suggested for Premium Fest. If an item or service has never been previously offered at a free festival, odds are good that it won't be eligible for this list.

Not sure if those are the same service or different since I've never seen or heard of it being offered since it was released, but it's going to be in demand after the Hinterwilds are done. ;) (I'm hoping for merchants sooner than premium fest too, ideally right around the Hinterwilds release, but more opportunities never hurt!)
