There was a time where I'd consider anyone with 20m in the bank rich.... but these days it's not that difficult for anyone that isn't F2P to save up that much by level 45-50, even without attending pay events or using scripts. Just takes a willingness to log at least long enough to get the log-in bonus and hunting somewhere other then the Landing area. Choosing to be a sorcerer, wizard, bard, or ranger doesn't hurt either.
It would be nice if everyone that wanted one could have at least a 1 room shop per basic/premium account, though.
