I have no idea if it's possible at all, but if it is possible, could it be considered that items like the gem piercing punches and the hair-braiding tools be usable on others without having to constantly pass the item around?
Sort of like regular piercings, where you can't proceed with what you're doing to another character without them agreeing/obtaining their permission first?
Yes please to this. My hair-braiding tool would get a lot more use if I didn't have to hand it over to another player, since that requires a measure of trust, one which is limited in supply (and also, it has a steep learning curve so I have to set it up for them myself anyway prior to handing it over).
