I'd like to see each town/area have a Bard Laureate or a Loresinging pool for item loresong unlocks.

A Bard Laureate would be an NPC who would unlock for a more pricey fee. A Loresinging Pool would be similar to the locksmithing pool, EXCEPT it would have a minimum Fee percentage with a base minimum.

This would be a huge help for lower level characters or players without a *pocket bard*.
