In the vein of how the Sylvan options for LISTEN and OBSERVE were opened up to half-sylvans earlier this year, I'd love to see more of the racial verbs (human, elf, dark elf) opened up to half-elves who have selected an appropriate culture, where it's not bending lore to do so.

Specifically, I'd really like it if my perpetually pissed-off half-Faendryl could STEEPLE HEAD or STEEPLE ANGER, and if my half-elf from Mestanir could use some of the human-only BOW options.
