I have really botched up creating my character and need to reroll. There used to be a place to go to do that, but I can't remember where it was. Could someone refresh my memory?

Go to an inn, and CHECK IN at the front desk. Option 86 is the one you're looking for.
You might want to consider if you have any valuables or if you have bank holdings what you might want to do before that. Rerolling risks loss of all!
