I've tried installing, and uninstalling lich several different times and I cannot get it to work. I've tried the recommended version of ruby and it still does not work. Lich never seems to install at all.

Can anyone point me in the direction of some help. Seems like a lot of people use it, so there's got to be an easier way to install it.

I saw this a few hours back, and sent a note to your play dot net address offering assistance. While in general I don't like to use the forums for this type of work, a few pointers.

1) if you've been using the instructions at lichproject.org - those instructions are woefully out of date. And if you have installed ruby from this site's instructions, you should uninstall all of the ones you've installed before proceeding.
