As many of you know, we've moved to a new Calendar system. Some of you may love it, some of you may hate it, but in the end I think we'll all learn to enjoy it and it'll be better than the old way of things.
That being said, there's a few changes I'm announcing to MHO Calendar rules.
First and foremost, MHO Officers will get access to submit their OWN calendar items! HUZZAH! Here is what I need from EVERY group. The player character's names and email addresses of 2 of your officers who you want to be given calendar-creating powers. These players will be the only two officers of your group with access to submit your calendar postings.
I will still be approving all calendar items, so once players create them on the new google calendar, they will need to send me an email so I can review them before publishing.
In addition, the number of allowed calendar items is being increased!
Tier 1 groups can now use 2 Calendar Items a year.
Tier 2 groups can now use 4 Calendar items a year.
Tier 3 groups can now use 6 Calendar items a year.
This is in addition to the free calendar postings allowed for multi-day or multi-group events.
Please get me your 2 officer's names and emails by July 25th. I'd like to make this initial change done in one big swoop, by adding permissions all at once. Then in the future, I can add new officers from new groups, or change permissions if officers resign, are removed, etc.
