Greetings! As the new year is underway it is time tally up everything from the prior year and make any appropriate demotions and/or promotions for Meeting Hall Organizations. This means if your group has any held any events in the past year that an event report was not submitted for that now is the time to do so!
All event tallies are now updated in game with reported and credited events for 2012, and officers can check with the clerk at their local MHO Hall to find out how many events their group has been credited with. If you feel there is a discrepancy between the number of events your group has been credited with and the number of events held please feel free to contact me and I can provide more specific information about the event reports I have received.
Officers will have until Jan 31st to either contact me or submit missing event reports, after which time any groups that do not have the required events to maintain their tier will be demoted to a tier more appropriate to the number of events they have held.
