Alrighty folks. The meetings are, if anyone was unaware, the second Tuesday of each month. Which falls on the 14th of this year. So, those of you without date plans are all welcome to come and those of you with date plans, well, have a good time!

There hasn't been much happening with the Enclave lately. I'm going to lay a big part of that on the fact that I'm not around nearly as much lately. I spent a ton of time in December and early January working beyond my normal hours and then crashed for a week or so after all the hullabaloo. Also, going forward, I having standing plans every Wednesday and Thursday nights to be out of town. In addition, I've applied for a different position at my current job that would further change my schedule around, so things are a bit chaotic right now, but a good chaotic hopefully.

February will mark the anniversary of the Enclave's founding. I want to say.. seven years? I don't have anything in particular in mind to celebrate the anniversary this year, so if anyone does have ideas, let me know. The sooner the better, really. If we have something people want, in particular, I can get started on that now and would have enough time to get the calendar item, crier, etc ready for end of February, but it would have to get started on ASAP.

One addition to the Enclave's permanent structure, in case anyone hasn't seen it yet, is our NPC! In the ritual chamber(below the lor trees) is now an elderly male Harrower. He has a few questions he can be asked and a few ambient motions. Feel free to go check him out. Also, don't spread around what else is in there pls and thnks (cue evil laugh).

If anyone would like to join, let one of us know soon and we could probably get that done relatively soon. One goal was to have inductions before meetings, so everyone could attend, but we haven't had any inductions in a few months.

What I generally aim for are either items for specific events or general items for new/newish Faendryl. One of my goals has been to be able to provide decent looking Faendyl-themed 4x gear to any/all Faendryl who might need some. I haven't gotten every weapon or armor base yet, but there are a number of options. If you know anyone who needs some, let them know.

I'd also really like to put together, not necessarily items for our events, but items that might be useful in various parts of Faendryl life that players might find useful to help RP things out. A common one I tend to bring up is items for a marriage ceremony. We might also look at making props for specific professions/parts of Faendryl society. If anyone has ideas, let me know.

We can also have a merchant each year. It was mentioned at the Annual World Wide Siegery Championship that, since we had so many groups participating, we could probably have a merchant for that. Possibly for siegery-specific stuff, or general. Or we could tie it to something else. It either has to be a multi-group event or a multi-day event. One year we did it in October as part of a 3 day event. Day 1 was designing costumes, day 2 was a merchant to help make parts of costumes, day 3 was a costume ball. Stuff like that.
