A raffle table has been set out in Ylima Pala. The winner will receive either one very full bottle of custom nail lacquer, or 3 custom sets of nail lacquer with 40 uses each. Liraquin will be happy to help you design a polish, if needed!

Tickets are 45k, and a winner will be drawn late tonight.

I would like to suggest toenail polish. Of course, it would need to go in the tattoo and piercing part of a character's appearance and be covered by things worn on the feet. Hehehe...

I don't think so. Don't ask me to explain it. I just know that the reason I was given why we can't have feature alters below the neck any more is because clothing could cover it.
