Can anyone clarify the number of ranks needed to train off the maneuver penalty of studded leather, which has an RT adder of 5 seconds?
I thought that skill required for the maneuver penalty is always 20 * RT adder, so for studded leather, that is 100 skill. 23 ranks of armor gives you 99, 24 gives you 102.
Krakiipedia, which is generally pretty reliable, lists the required ranks of armor at 23, which seems to put you slightly short.
Please note that I am not asking about training for round-time only; I know there's some rounding involved that lets you skimp on 10 skill.

You are correct. It should be listed on KP as 24 ranks. And now it is.
