is there a reason full coverage armor concealers will only hide the base armor and not armor accessories?

Particularly since there's a lot of "older" gear out there that's armor but isn't... A lot of old boots were created as armor, but you wouldn't want a concealer to hide those. Same with things like torcs, and some hats.

older gear such as;
my silver threaded boots with the glyph
my heavy golden choker
my spidersilk bracers (arms)

>inspect my boots
Your careful inspection of a pair of silver-threaded boots allows you to conclude that it is not even armor that doesn't protect at all.

("not even armor that doesn't protect at all" = double negative?)

>assess my boots
Careful examination indicates the silver-threaded boots has a base strength of 10 and a base durability of 205. You also determine the current integrity of the silver-threaded boots to be at 100.0%.

Not a true double negative, but a misplaced conjunction. It probably should read "it is not even armor, AND doesn't protect (you) at all.

"So, what does that green line on the graph represent?"

"Oh, that's the projection of a hypothetical offspring from a union between Sauron and Cruella de Ville; we use that as a baseline for determining character alignment."
