Ranger here, I'm always removing my armor to spell myself (or others) up between hunts. Every once in a while someone gives me one of the temp. armor specializations (fluidity and evasion being my favorites), and if I have one of those I'm not going to remove my armor until it wears off. However, removing my armor for casting is basically a reflex at this point and I usually forget to keep it on.

So, it'd be cool if there was a warning, i.e.

>remove armor
You currently have a temporary armor specialization applied to your armor. If you're sure you want to remove your armor and lose this specialization, remove your armor again in 30 seconds.
>remove armor
You work your way out of your armor.
As you remove your armor, it falls out of alignment.

I'd just make it a habit of always going to a sancted room to spellup. Then you don't have to worry about armor spell hindrance hurting at all because there is none in a sancted room.
