I know you guys turned down the frequency of this once before, but it really needs to be turned down more -- a lot more. Perhaps down to the frequency of mood messaging from the other companion types.

People complain about it constantly, and I really dislike being inundated with it too. It's kind of a pain to make them cease every time I want to go somewhere public, then have them return when I want to move again, then repeat this process ... well, repeatedly.

Pretty please? Much less often. I don't dislike the messaging; only the frequency.

Let me try making my point this way:

A striking white peregrine raptor glides into view.
A silver-tipped wolf growls menacingly!
A striking white peregrine raptor suddenly releases an ear-piercing shriek!
A striking white peregrine raptor squawks and turns to avoid a harrying swallow.
A striking white peregrine raptor drifts in lazy circles overhead.
A silver-tipped wolf pants heavily!
A striking white peregrine raptor swoops low overhead, crying out loudly.
A silver-tipped wolf drools with ravenous hunger!
A striking white peregrine raptor soars high overhead.
A striking white peregrine raptor beats her wings briefly and soars upward.
A striking white peregrine raptor drifts in lazy circles overhead.
A striking white peregrine raptor squawks and turns to avoid a harrying swallow.
A silver-tipped wolf pants heavily!
A striking white peregrine raptor circles lazily in the air.
A striking white peregrine raptor swoops low overhead, crying out loudly.
A striking white peregrine raptor squawks and turns to avoid a harrying swallow.
A silver-tipped wolf snorts the ground hungrily.

Some of the avian scripts occur a scant couple seconds apart. Are they on multiple cycles at the same time? Let's get them reduced greatly, please. It's just spam at this point.

Or I guess give me a command that doesn't cause RT and doesn't stop them from performing their other functions. I'd rather just have the scripts reduced, however.

I agree with Brian. They're far too frequent.

You inhale deeply upon your pipe, puckering your lips as you send out three rings of smoke before you, then puff out a small vine of smoke that darts right through all three which causes them to disperse in a hazy shroud!

I agree also, however Ive found with my cat using the cease verb stops that. I dont know if it works for the birds or not, but those with birds might try it.

Using CEASE twice to stop all actions is nice, but not always sufficient. You sometimes want the companion to be active but not emotive.
