Ok, so I got a scroll with 1701 (Arcane Decoy), 1704 (Stun Cloud) (Hey, didn't I used to know how to cast that???), and 1707 (Minor Steam) on it.

I've seen 1707 in action, and I assume 1704 is similar to the old Stun Cloud (I wonder how player-friendly the new 1707 is?).

Anyone know what Arcane Decoy (1701) is?
