Once you've cast 1750, you have 10 minutes of duration regardless of success (the spell ends prematurely if you've met your total number of allowed casts, though). If you miss the infinite threshold, there's no increase in duration. If you make the infinite threshold, you get an extra 1 minute per surplus 10 success margin.

Scrolls generate thematically. Meaning, a scroll will be a "Cleric" scroll or a "Wizard" scroll w/ spells that just that profession could cast. We will now have "Arcane" scrolls. Spells get more rare as you go up in level, but higher level spells are more likely to drop from higher level creatures.

Just as Fash'lo'nae's Gift's success is based off the activation roll, I think you'll find that Arcane Symbols and/or Magic Item Use will be the main skill factors in Arcane spells. So, it's sorta your Arcane Lore.

The activation formula was designed to only reward characters with minimally 100 ranks of AS/MIU. The Arcane Circle is primarily meant to be a boon to people who focus heavily on those two skills. Lower level spells in the circle will not have as high a requirement for success as 1750, however.

Empaths, and especially clerics, really are blessed with armor. They pay less per rank, and also need fewer ranks to wear thicker armor for less hinderance.

There's a few missing pieces of information here, most notably, what armor is the empath wearing? In Cuirbouilli, yes, the hindrance would be 7% -- as it would be for anyone under those circumstances.
But if you're saying that someone can cast in brig (which you mentioned earlier) and see a 7% hindrance failure, yeah, that would be a new effect.

One thing about the hindrance, however, is that no matter how poorly trained you are, the hindrance will not exceed the maximum hindrance for that armor.
For brig, that's 28%. Yeah, that's a lot, but I have tried hunting with 14% as a spell caster, and that was annoying but not impossible. 28% would probably be beyond my personal tolerance level for hindrance, and even more so for something with limited casting ability such as 1750.
But it's not as if being undertrained would send your hindrance into the 90% range.

Evarin hunts in Brig, which is 110 armor ranks. He is likely the only sorcerer to do so, but it is certainly doable.

In theory, it would mean this, except as a warrior, you'll never be able to reach the threshold for unlimited casts. This is meant for capped 2x AS/MIU pures.

Based on the numbers that were posted for a 202 rank pure, I still don't think a warrior could manage it. Definitely not for an 11th ranked spell (Fire Spirit).

Going by Fleurs numbers, a capped square with 101 ranks in AS (still cheaper than 10 spells!) and good stats would just barely be able to hit unlimited casts of level 5 spells, with a heckuva roll. Toss some enhancives (a lot of them) on, and you could get to about a 40% chance for unlimited level 6.
It's just enough to offer a tantalizing chance for amusement.

Spells cast from knowledge obtained by Fash'lo'nae's Gift (1750) will now calculate their duration using the skill of the same activator as how 1750 was activated. For example, if you use a scroll to invoke 1750 and then decide to cast Phoen's Strength (606) as your "new" spell, it will use your Arcane Symbols skill rather than Ranger Spell Ranks to determine the duration of the spell as if you had cast 606 from a scroll.

Good change, Oscuro. This gives the spell atleast a minor amount of use for spelling up. Could the ability to cast more than 1 different kind of spell PLEASE be looked at as well? The ability to cast a number of spells within the confines of 1750's limitations would bring the spell at right about "worthwhile" status, while not coming anywhere NEAR overpowered.

Is have 1750 allow you to access a single circle. You can cast any spell from that circle during the 10 minute duration.
This would, of course, change everything, down to the activation formula. Obviously they couldn't allow you to cast your first spell as 901 to establish the 10 minutes, then cast 910, 913, etc all you want. Unless what they did was define it as, cast any spell from the circle at the level of the spell you used for activation or LOWER. That would work fine I think. So if you cast for 913 originally, you could cast 910 as well.
But it is an idea, somewhere between using it to cast 1 spell, and using it to cast all spells once, you would have to choose a circle.
And it makes sense from an IC perspective too, one spell allowing you access to multiple spell circles would seem... difficult. For one spell to simultaneously access disparate circles... that'd seem drastically powerful from an IC perspective. But a spell that can pierce the knowledge from one circle at a time, a little easier to understand from within our magical system.
