Blessings don't seem to last any time at all on arrows. The blessings (which my ranger got from a high-level cleric) expired for each arrow after she shot each arrow about three times. Why is this?
The bulk of the blessing remains on the bundle. When you remove an arrow, the single arrow has, I think, 2 blessings on it. One for you to shoot with, and the other so that it can be bundled back in with the rest. If you fire that same arrow again without putting it back into the bundle, the blessing on that arrow will wear off and can't be bundled back in with the blessed bundle.
