I figured I'd pose my questions here before taking out a scroll and wasting time, just in case these aren't possible.

A. Can Wounded Wear be altered through a Sadie Scroll? If so, what are the limits as to how much customization can be done per one scroll (IE, can I only alter the first wound long description or can I have all of them altered in one go?) I have a smattering of Wounded Wear pieces that I'd like to customize and wondering if Sadie scroll is a viable option for this, or if I have to hope to catch random merchants that can work on them.

B. Are those feature alteration masks you can alter through a Sadie Scroll account/character bound? I want to be able to get some features on a mask and give it to a Basic member, though didn't want to waste it if it is bound to the same character that bought/altered the mask.
