With the super awesome version of 318 (the old 350), and the long raise dead recovery time, I'm usually at full spirit before I can even raise again.

I'd love to be able to reduce the recovery time with training of some sort (single lore or combination of lores). Otherwise, what's the good of having such an awesome spell!? (Other than benefits to the poor dead person, but I don't really care about that!) :)

This is Miracle you're talking about isn't it? I don't see any documentation for training off recovery time of 318 though. But if that's true, then great! Where is that posted?
