what: spell version of aish'vrak potion. Maybe have some lore/mana control/MIU requirements to make resulting runestones as effective as the ones sold at the alchemist/made with alchemy. Make potions made with alchemy produce powerful runestones with extra uses, because alchemy.

Even as a joke I can't remember the last time I used this. Face it, nightmare is more entertaining. I'll take a utility over a useless attack spell any day.
