I'm not sure if the same kinds of emails are sent to new accounts of all kinds or just F2P, but I'll go ahead and stick my commentary here.

I was testing something for a new friend regarding F2P, and got the email, and actually checked it this time. I really like that this automated email exists, and points out so many resources, etc, such as this page: http://www.play.net/gs4/info/quickstart.asp

However, I couldn't help but notice that gswiki isn't noted or linked anywhere in the email that I saw. With Scribes's wonderful wiki contest recently, and many new (and still expanding) new player guides, this email would be a great place to include it!
