This month's artifact raffle is located in the Burga Hall, Foyer near Icemule. Tickets are 50k with the winner being able to select one of the following: lightning spark ring, fire ball ring, or ice ball ring. The winner needs to be present at the time of drawing to promptly make their selection (please be prepared) or another winner will be selected. Good luck.
