Hey all,

There is a chest in The Red Wagon that has a very small selection of scroll cutters for sale. There's a parchment in the chest that describes what sort of scrolls the various boxes will produce. The wagon is still located along the 'northwestern' cobblestone path in Mist Harbor.

The halfling who owns the wagon will be around to work on them sometime before the end of the month; she'll probably also raffle off a permanent one sooner than later.
