This month's artifact raffle is for your chance to add or unlock Rikelle's morphing armor ability to an existing piece of armor at auction quality level (Disclaimer: Your armor could be turned down if ineligible. Not all scripts work with Rikelle's morphing ability and any incompatible scripts will not be removed). You must be present to win with the armor on your person. The table is located at Cysaegir's, Pond and it draws in over 1 week's time.
