If you own a property, you should have received the new policy from me the other day. It is VERY important that you reply back to me and let me know that you understand it, or ask questions if you don't. I need to hear from EVERY home owner by the end of this month! (Seriously, it might effect your access to the home until I hear back from you, but I'm hoping to avoid the drastic measures! If I have to restrict access, it will not be a repossession, it will only be until I hear from you. Please respond!)
