I think it would be awesome to get one piece of Gemstone memorabilia for every 12 months of gameplay. That would A) Give a nice little reward to people for long term commitment and B) give FREE ADVERTISING!!!!!

And it will be easy for the government to commit all the crazies to their sponsered vaction in a nice room. I mean with all those long term people walking around in matching outfits and all.

I gave my GemStone III shirt to a friend probably five years ago and he stills wears it almost every week to this day.

I'm pretty sure I still have five or six 'Con shirts still folded up in the little plastic baggie of goodies, along with the schedule booklet and my namebadge.
Then again, I'm nearly to the "one per month" stage, although I suppose '06 doesn't really count, since they just recycled prior years' stuff.

Buy it from Simutronics; they'd be more than happy to get a few extra bucks from someone for something. :) And that's a couple extra bucks in the coffers to keep the game from going under, right?

At SimuCon 2005, they gave out GemStone III shirts as a part of the ticket price (a move to get rid of the old brand and to move to cafepress), so I'd be surprised if they did have any left. But if they do, Robert is correct that you'd probably have to call to find out.

This is actually why I'm not all he't up about getting shirts at 'Con: I've already got a half a closet of 'Con shirts, and more-than-that of Boy Scout shirts. (Every year when we go to Philmont, everyone on the trip gets two shirts. Well, I've been for 1999, 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, and 2006... that's a bucketful of shirts. Plus I've got several "trail" shirts that crews have given me for leading the trip.) I could basically wear a different 'Con or Philmont shirt every day for a month, and just barely go through them all.
