Levar Burton never fulfilled the auction, so we got a refund today.
Giving everyone a partial refund of their donation in the percentage of which is unspent after any paypal fees is complex. I kinda don't want to have to do that.
So... what now.
We could use the money to buy advertising elsewhere, I'd recommend facebook.
Or we could donate it to some charity.
I got a thread going on the PC but people can also post their ideas here.
So if you donated, and have an opinion on what we should do, please share.

I'd recommend we use it ourselves, as much as we can, and donate any odd-balance or remainder to a charity. Since you spearheaded this, I nominate you to pick the charity (we'll be voting til the cows come home, otherwise).
Options to put forth a bit of cash might be to buy honorable mentions on some gaming sites, maybe even a gamer's blog, etc., mentioning this is a player-driven effort.
Good stuff, I think we got a good bang, and am not at all worried the balance will be handled well.

Since Felicia Day actually went ABOVE what was required of her, how about inquiring if she has a charity to recommend to donate the remainder to? That is assuming you have any way to ask her.
Otherwise I am happy with donating the remainder to whatever charity you pick.
