Yes. The cost to upgrade to premium is $25, the prorate is another $25 (which is exactly equal to a month of premium only, not counting basic.) 25+25= 50 + 14.95 = 64.95. After the first month it will be back to 39.95.

It was the same. Sorry I still don't get how 65 total is prorating when it's more than 1 month charge. Can anyone show me the math?
