Hello, I just turned premium, and I have a slight problem.
I noticed your premium queue has not moved since yesterday.
I was 3 in assist queue for over 6 hours, then had to sleep, then when I get back in was 6 in premium queue which has not moved since earlier today.
I understand its a holiday weekend, but why do you not have any staff listed handling the assist queue.

Hi Dethnyain,
while I think your question is a valid, as a long time player I would make the following suggestion with regard to the premium assist queue:
1) Treat the queue more like leaving a message and waiting for a callback vs. standing in a line (i.e. once you submit your request jut go back to playing the game, someone will reach out to you when they are available and can assist with your specific issue).
2) Just because no one has responded, it doesn't mean that staff hasn't seen your request. It might be that someone on staff has reviewed your request and has forwarded it on to the person(s) that can actually address your specific issue. It also might be that the person who can address your issue is working on it but needs to do some research into the issue before reaching out to you.
While it is certainly possible that no one has yet reviewed your request, keeping the above in mind might make the (sometimes) long delays in submitting a request and hearing back from someone more tolerable.

Thank you for responding to my post Robert.
I guess the main reason I am upset is that I paid 12000 bs for an item at duskruin, tried to sell it recently and found out the item was broken.
That in real life equates to around $200 US I spent to get that much in bloodscrip.
I do understand the reasons for waiting but I keep getting pushed back in the premium queue when I have to log off.

My understanding is that you don't actually get pushed back in the queue. It's based on when you submitted the assist and when someone who can assist you with your issue is available. So you might show 3rd in the queue right now but there may be another three folks that submitted an ASSIST earlier in the week that are not logged in right now. So if one of them logs in and you re-check, now you would show 4th in the queue but they were actually ahead of you (just not logged in) already.
All that said, it definitely sux when things like that happen. I will say that for the ASSIST issues I've had over the years, I've always found that the team at SIMU does everything they can to address your issue as fairly as possible and to your satisfaction. Hopefully you have the same experience when your request is finally answered!

Yeah, technically one's position in the queue really doesn't give s 100% accurate showing of how fast or slow their assist will get answered. The position # you see tells you your number in line out of everyone that has an assist request in too, whether they are logged in or not. The very last part being the key thing to pay attention to: whether they are logged in or not. So technically you could be listed at 5, but the four people in front of you aren't logged in at all and you're really first in the list.
