It would be useful to be able to transfer bank balances from one city to another, even if those balances were charged a flat rate + standard note conversion fees that one would normally endure walking a note across the lands. Granted this might diminish the useful nature of Premium Checkbooks, but they would still retain an RP function that is not without merit.
