I didn't find nor read a general summary of the new plan with the reorganization and idea to do away with town gurus.
I heard maybe Alistair or someone had notes from Wyrom's presentation at SimuCon, though I misplaced the link. In any case, I expect there would be something in text officially.

I tried to take notes during the State of Elanthia, but the audio was so garbled I could barely make out they were speaking English.
... then when the GMs were done talking, it all cleared up... Technology, whatcha gonna do?
